Mr. Rick Mark, M.Ed. (Admin), CEO & Chair

Rick has 25 years experience in the public market place. He has held leadership positions in various organizations over the last 40 years and in our public companies he taken responsibility for securing financings, developing short and long term corporate goals, building cost-effective property development plans, creating effective communication platforms and overseeing regulatory functions. Rick is in his eighth year as CEO & Chair of VMS Ventures Inc. (VMS-TSX.V). Rick is also the CEO and Chair of North American Nickel (NAN-TSX.V) and Harvest Gold Corporation (HVG-TSX.V), a December 2005 "spin off" of Rare Earth Metals Corp. He is the President and CEO of Pancontinental Uranium Corp. (PUC-TSX.V) Since 2004, Rick has led financing efforts for these four Companies, raising over $57 million dollars, collectively.

Mr. John A. Roozendaal, B.Sc. Geol., President and Director

John is a founding director of the company and is active in the boardroom and on our numerous field projects. John works closely with our project geologists and senior management on the day to day operations of the Company and in helping to set longterm objectives of the Board of Directors of the Company. His other activities include such things as strategic acquisitions and partnerships. John's corporate experiences range from assisting in the raising of capital, shareholder communication and presentations, and helping to oversee field activities and budgeting of programs. He has field experience exploring for base, precious and specialty metals.

Dr. Mark Fedikow, HBSc., M.Sc., Ph.D., P.Eng., P.Geo., C.P.G., Vice President of Exploration & Technical Services

Mark has 35 years of industry and government experience as an exploration geochemist and mineral deposits geologist. He has worked for major and junior mining exploration companies and the Manitoba Geological Survey completing his employment at the Survey as Chief Geologist of the Mineral Deposits Section. In 2001 Mark was the recipient of the Provincial Geologists Medal, a Canadian national award for outstanding geoscientific achievement. He has successfully applied partial and selective extraction geochemical technologies including the Mobile Metal Ions Process (MMI) in exploration programs for lode and placer gold, base metal massive sulphides, platinum group metals, magmatic nickel-copper, porphyry copper deposits and kimberlite / carbonatite in a variety of geological settings and overburden environments. Mark has published numerous articles on mineral deposits and their geochemical expressions in rock, soil and vegetation sample media. He is a Fellow of the Association of Applied Geochemists

Mr. Donald Whalen, Director, Audit Committee Chairman

Mr. Whalen graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Toronto in 1964 and is currently a self-employed consultant. He was Executive Vice-President of High River Gold Mines Ltd. from September to December 2008; prior thereto, Mr. Whalen had been Executive Chairman and Director of High River since June 1992. Before joining High River, he held numerous marketing, technical and management positions over a 29 year career with IBM Canada Ltd. In addition, Mr. Whalen has been active in promoting Canadian-Russian business investment and trade relations and, until 2008, held the position of Chairman of the Canada Eurasia Russia Business Association (CERBA) and was Co-Chairman of the Canada Russia Business Council. Mr. Whalen is also Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee for Pancontinental Uranium Corporation and Roscan Minerals Corporation.

Mr. Evan Sleeman, Director, Audit Committee Member

Evan has been in the exploration business for more than 42 years. He was one of the founders of a number of mining companies, including Arizona Star, Nevada Star (now Pure Nickel) and Bronson Mines (now Goliath Gold). He spent many years in the field prospecting, performing geophysics and various types of soil sampling while working for both major and junior companies including Phelps Dodge, Serimin and Teck Corp. He and Jay Butterworth acquired and sold numerous mining properties including the Hycroft Mine, now owned by Allied Nevada.

Mr. Jay Butterworth, Director, Audit Committee Member

Jay has had extensive experience in mineral exploration and property acquisition in the western United States and Canada, and has been involved with public companies as an officer or director for over 35 years. He assisted Hycroft Mining Co. with acquiring the sulfur gold property in Pershing County, Nevada, which became a long time producer. Jay also asssisted Nevada Star Resources with acquisition of the Gold Hill Property in Nye County Nevada, now owned by Round Mountain Gold Corp. with reserves reported to be three million ounces plus. He has had experience in all phases of exploration including geochemical, geophysical and biogeochemical.

Ms. Cheryl Messier , CGA, CFO & Director

Cheryl has over fifteen years of experience in finance working with the last five as CFO or controller in various public companies. During this time she has been involved with mergers, acquisitions, consolidated system implementations, investment committees and has had all round involvement in maintaining and strengthening internal controls. Cheryl possesses strong cash management experience having gained extensive experience working in the offshore sector. She has completed her 4th level CGA program and will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening internal controls and financial reporting for VMS Ventures Inc.
