John Roozendaal is the founding director of VMS Ventures Inc. (VMS-TSX.V) He has been involved with the mineral exploration industry for 18 years, focusing on precious, base and specialty metals projects in North America. Of particular significance were exploration programs for nickel in the Thompson Nickel Belt of Manitoba and for high grade shear-hosted gold in the Canadian Shield including the gold discovery at Assean Lake, Manitoba in 2001 and the 2007 high grade copper massive sulphide deposit at Reed Lake near the mining community of Snow Lake, Manitoba. John also has experience with various aspects of corporate governance through his involvement with private and public boards of directors. John is the President of VMS Ventures Inc. and Harvest Gold Corporation (HVG-TSX.V).

Mr. Richardson has over 22 years experience in mineral exploration and mining operations of base metal and precious metal deposits throughout Canada. Mr. Richardson was most recently the Manager of Exploration for Murgor Resources Inc. where he was responsible for delineation of two projects to National Instrument 43-101 compliant mineral resource estimates, project generation, process discipline and corporate growth strategies. Prior to joining Murgor in 2006, Mr. Richardson worked for HudBay Minerals Inc as a Senior Exploration Geologist responsible for greenfield and brownfield projects in the Flin Flon - Snow Lake area. He was part of a team that discovered a number of new mineralized zones throughout the belt. He also has past experience as a Senior Mine Geologist with extensive background in resource - reserve estimations and operations. Mr. Richardson graduated from Cambrian College in 1988, with a Geological Engineering Technology diploma. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Manitoba.

Dr. Mark Fedikow, HBSc., M.Sc., Ph.D., P.Eng., P.Geo., C.P.G., Vice President of Exploration & Technical Services

Mark has 34 years of industry and government experience as an exploration geochemist and mineral deposits geologist. He has worked for major and junior mining exploration companies and the Manitoba Geological Survey completing his employment at the Survey as Chief Geologist of the Mineral Deposits Section. In 2001 Mark was the recipient of the Provincial Geologists Medal, a Canadian national award for outstanding geoscientific achievement. He has successfully applied partial and selective extraction geochemical technologies including the Mobile Metal Ions Process (MMI) in exploration programs for lode and placer gold, base metal massive sulphides, platinum group metals, magmatic nickel-copper, porphyry copper deposits and kimberlite / carbonatite in a variety of geological settings and overburden environments. Mark has published numerous articles on mineral deposits and their geochemical expressions in rock, soil and vegetation sample media. He is a Fellow of the Association of Applied Geochemists

Dr. Alan Bailes, B.Sc., M.Sc., PhD., P.Geo., Advisory Board Member

Dr. Alan Bailes has over 35 years experience in exploration-supportive mapping in volcanic, sedimentary and metamorphic terranes and in understanding the nature and origin of VMS deposits. During his career with the Manitoba Geological Survey he undertook numerous mapping projects in the resource-rich Flin Flon greenstone belt with particular emphasis on the Snow Lake area. Between 2001 and 2008, Alan was the Chief Geologist in charge of the Precambrian Section of the Manitoba Geological. He began a consulting career in 2008 that has included employment with a number of exploration companies in the Flin Flon belt, including work with HudBay Minerals on their recently discovered Lalor Zn-Cu-Au deposit.
