Mr. Gary Ostry , , B.Sc (Hons), LLB, P. Geo. , , Chairman and Director

Gary graduated with a BSc (Hons) in geology from the University of Manitoba in 1975 and received a Bachelor of Laws degree from Queens University in Kingston, Ontario in 1981. He is currently registered as a Professional Geoscientist in the province of Manitoba. After working as an exploration geologist on projects across Canada, Gary was employed by the Manitoba Government for 15 years from 1984-2009 as a mineral deposits geologist, and later served as Manager of Minerals Policy and Business Development. In this latter role, he was primarily focused on the development of strategies to attract mineral investment and development in the province through the enhancement of fiscal, policy and regulatory frameworks. He is currently a private consultant advising on business development and policy in the minerals industry and has previously held seats on a number of TSX.V listed issuers.

Mr. John A. Roozendaal , , B.Sc. Geol., , , Interim CEO, President and Director

John Roozendaal is the founding director of VMS Ventures Inc. (VMS-TSX.V) He has been involved with the mineral exploration industry for 18 years, focusing on precious, base and specialty metals projects in North America. Of particular significance were exploration programs for nickel in the Thompson Nickel Belt of Manitoba and for high grade shear-hosted gold in the Canadian Shield including the gold discovery at Assean Lake, Manitoba in 2001 and the 2007 high grade copper massive sulphide deposit at Reed Lake near the mining community of Snow Lake, Manitoba. John also has experience with various aspects of corporate governance through his involvement with private and public boards of directors. John is the President of VMS Ventures Inc.

Dr. Mark Fedikow , , HBSc., M.Sc., Ph.D., P.Eng., P.Geo., C.P.G., , , Director

Mark has 40 years of industry and government experience as an exploration geochemist and mineral deposits geologist. He has worked for major and junior mining exploration companies and the Manitoba Geological Survey completing his employment at the Survey as Chief Geologist of the Mineral Deposits Section. In 2001 Mark was the recipient of the Provincial Geologists Medal, a Canadian national award for outstanding geoscientific achievement. He has successfully applied partial and selective extraction geochemical technologies including the Mobile Metal Ions Process (MMI) in exploration programs for lode and placer gold, base metal massive sulphides, platinum group metals, magmatic nickel-copper, porphyry copper deposits and kimberlite / carbonatite in a variety of geological settings and overburden environments. Mark has published numerous articles on mineral deposits and their geochemical expressions in rock, soil and vegetation sample media. He is a Fellow of the Association of Applied Geochemists. Mark is currently President of North American Nickel Inc.

Mr. Donald Whalen , , B.Com. , , Director, Audit Committee Chairman

Don graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Toronto in 1964 and is currently a self-employed consultant. He was Executive Vice-President of High River Gold Mines Ltd. from September to December 2008; prior thereto, Don had been Executive Chairman and Director of High River since June 1992. Before joining High River, he held numerous marketing, technical and management positions over a 29 year career with IBM Canada Ltd. In addition, Don has been active in promoting Canadian-Russian business investment and trade relations and, until 2008, held the position of Chairman of the Canada Eurasia Russia Business Association (CERBA) and was Co-Chairman of the Canada Russia Business Council. Don is also Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee for Pancontinental Uranium Corporation and Roscan Minerals Corporation. He is also a Director of BacTech Environmental Corporation and SouthTech Capital Corporation.

Mr. Jay Butterworth , , , Director, Audit Committee Member

Jay has had extensive experience in mineral exploration and property acquisition in the western United States and Canada, and has been involved with public companies as an officer or director for over 35 years. He assisted Hycroft Mining Co. with acquiring the sulfur gold property in Pershing County, Nevada, which became a long time producer. Jay also assisted Nevada Star Resources with acquisition of the Gold Hill Property in Nye County Nevada, now owned by Round Mountain Gold Corp. with reserves reported to be six million ounces plus. He has had experience in all phases of exploration including geochemical, geophysical and biogeochemical.

Mr. Wes Roberts , , B.Sc, M.Sc, MBA, P.E. , , Director

Wes Roberts is a Mineral Engineering Consultant with the American Law firm Dorsey & Whitney LLP and is a professional mining engineer specializing in the economic evaluation and development of mineral deposits. Wes holds a B.Sc. (Mining Engineering) and M.Sc. (Mining Engineering) from Queen's University, and an M.B.A. (Finance) from the Schulich School of Business (York University). He has more than 30 years of experience in mineral exploration, mining operations, project engineering and management as well as diverse mining engineering experience that includes precious metals, base metals, iron ore, and industrial minerals. Mr. Roberts has held numerous positions in the mining industry, which include Canada Talc Limited, Derry Michener Booth & Wahl, Davey International, Bharti Engineering, GMP Securities, Inco Ltd, Breakwater Resources Ltd (VP Corporate Development (2006 to 2008) and most recently as VP Mining to Heenan Blaikie Consulting (2008 to 2014).

Mr. Patrick C. Evans , , B.A., B.Sc. , , Director

Patrick C. Evans has been President, CEO and a director of Mountain Province Diamonds Inc. since November 2005 and President, CEO and a director of Kennady Diamonds Inc. since February 2012. He is a resident of Arizona, USA. Mr. Evans is a graduate of the University of Cape Town where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1977 and Bachelor of Science degree in 1978. In 1999 he was appointed a Vice President of Placer Dome Inc. (a major gold mining company) and a non-executive director of SouthernEra Resources Ltd. (a diamond and platinum exploration, development and mining company). In 2001, he was appointed President and CEO of SouthernEra Resources Ltd. and Messina Limited (a platinum mining company). In 2004, he was appointed President, CEO and a director of Southern Platinum Corp. (a platinum mining company), which was acquired by Lonmin Plc in June 2005. In September 2005, he was appointed President, CEO and a director of Weda Bay Minerals Inc. (a nickel exploration and development company), which was acquired by Eramet S.A. in May 2006. Mr. Evans was appointed the CEO and a director of Norsemont Mining Inc. (a copper exploration and development company) in June 2007 which was taken over by Hudbay in the March 2011. He also served as a non-executive director of Anvil Mining Limited (a copper mining company) from March 2009 to February 2012 when Anvil Mining was acquired by Minmetals.

Mr. Blair Schultz , , , B.Math (Hons) Director

Blair Schultz has 13 years of experience evaluating merger and acquisition transactions in the mining sector. Most recently (from 2001 to 2014) he was Vice President and Head of Special Situation Analytics, Portfolio Management and Trading at K2 & Associates Investment Management Inc. His duties involved management of various investment silos including special situation analytics, merger arbitrage, commodity and currency hedging and investment execution. He served as Chairman of Klondex Mines from 2012 to 2014 and since August 2014, Blair has worked on the executive team at Klondex, focusing on finance, investor relations, capital markets and business development. Blair has previously worked for Canada Life, TD Securities, Trimark and Perigee Investment Counsel in debt private placements, interest rate derivatives and equity research. He is also a part owner and director of RYR Sports Inc., a hockey equipment manufacturer based in Toronto, Canada. Mr. Schultz holds an Honours Bachelor of Mathematics degree from the University of Waterloo with a Business Administration option from Wilfred Laurier University.

Mr. Shaun Henrichs , , , CA, CPA (Illinois) - CFO

Mr. Shaun Heinrichs is joining the Company with over seventeen years of financial accounting experience primarily in the mining industry. His career began with seven years of public practice experience with Ernst & Young in Vancouver where he provided assurance and advisory services to several U.S and Canadian public companies. He subsequently held senior management roles in several public companies including serving as the Chief Financial Officer of Veris Gold Corp., a precious metals producer listed in Canada and the US, from 2008 to 2015. Mr. Heinrichs holds a business degree from Simon Fraser University and is both a Chartered Accountant in Canada and a Certified Public Accountant in the United States.
