MEL DESIGNATIONS CORRECTED

Vancouver, BC – December 21,
2007. VMS Ventures Inc. (TSX-Venture: VMS) (“VMS” or the “Company”) wishes to
correct two typographical errors in its news release of Dec 19, 2007 with
respect to the VMS-Wekusko Option Agreement. First, the Mineral Exploration
License (MEL) was incorrectly given as MEL 234A. The correct designation is MEL
243A. Secondly, the Mineral Lease (ML) for the recently optioned Copperman
property was incorrectly identified as ML 28A. The correct designation is ML 28.
