Lynn Lake Gabbros Project, Manitoba

The Lynn Lake Mine produced over 20 million tonnes
of Nickel-Copper ore from two Gabbroic Plugs between 1953 and 1978. It is now
the exploration focus of Independent Nickel ( INI-TSX.V).
VMS Ventures Inc. has the surrounding five Gabbroic
Plugs, including a drill ready target just south of the richest part of the
historic Lynn Lake Mine
complex.

South Bay Project,

In September, 2003, an initial phase of exploration
began with the cutting of a grid, followed by ground geophysics and
geochemistry, this work led to the drilling of 17 drill holes beginning in
February 2004. The first drill program failed to locate the source deposit to
the nickel mineralization discovered in outcrop. |

North Thompson Project,

Recent mapping by federal and provincial geologists
has traced the location of the Thompson type stratigraphy within parts of the
Company’s MELs. The Company will undertake VTEM surveys of portions of the MEL
permits this year. |

South Thompson Project,
Manitoba

Previous work undertaken by Falconbridge Ltd and
filed as assessment work at the Manitoba Mines Branch identifies both Thompson
Mine and Pipe Mine type stratigraphic units within the MEL. Minor amounts of
Nickel are also present in similar rocks on adjacent permits. The Company
intends to undertake a VTEM survey and do follow-up exploration in 2008. |

Leak Lake Project,

This Project consists of
two MEL immediately west of the Company’s Reed Project. The permits
cover rocks that are similar to those being explored for Nickel and PGE
along the west side of Reed Lake to the north. |
