Nickel

The Thompson Nickel Belt
contains a number of world class Ni-Cu deposits within sedimentary rocks
that are closely associated with mafic rocks. The precise location of
the Thompson Belt host rocks northeast of Thompson Manitoba is still the
subject of some debate amongst government and research geologists.
The Company has selected
a number of Mineral Exploration Permits (MEL) to cover the potential
north eastwards extension of the Thompson stratigraphic units.

Previous work undertaken by Falconbridge Ltd and
filed as assessment work at the Manitoba Mines Branch identifies both Thompson
Mine and Pipe Mine type stratigraphic units within the MEL. Minor amounts of
Nickel are also present in similar rocks on adjacent permits. The Company
intends to undertake a VTEM survey and do follow-up exploration in 2008.
